Caparsa ‘Doccio a Matteo’ Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG
This wine is made from 98% Sangiovese and 2% Colorino. We would pair it with a Fiorentina steak, with smashed potatoes fried in duck fat, topped with garlic, rosemary, and flake salt. The wine is pleasantly aromatic with red berry, violet, and slight eucalyptus notes. Expertly extracted tannins and a very long finish. It is a velvety wine, and absolutely delicious. Not to miss!
