A garnet red wine, Irancy les Mazelots has ruby ​​tints. On the nose, it gives off scents of forest fruits, spices, licorice and a roasting aroma. You will discover in the mouth its fullness and elegance underlined by fine tannins and its licorice and jammy notes.
Irancy les Mazelots can be enjoyed from its fourth year at 15/16° and can be kept for ten years depending on the vintage. In its youth, it is ideal as an accompaniment to coq au vin or Burgundy. As it evolves, it goes perfectly with game and cheese.
