Equilibrium Brewing “South St. Pils” Pilsner
After extensive lagering, our second Pilsner is here. To pay homage to our new digs, and to be a perfect companion to our BBQ program, Equilibrium Bonfire, we named this house pilsner after our new street address.
South St. Pils pours a pale golden yellow, has a very soft hop aroma and drinks light bodied and crispy. We get flavor notes of flower medleys, fresh cut lawn, and bready crackers along with a nice clean finish that refreshes your palate.
