This wine is made of 100% Riesling, from the Brudersberg Grosse Lage. We would pair it with Jagerschnitzel and latkes. One of the greatest views from a vineyard in the Rheinhessen can be found at Brudersberg, which is considered one of the greatest vineyards on Nierstein’s Roter Hang, or “red slope”. The Roter Hang is known for producing some of the world’s best Rieslings. This is the most Burgundian of St. Antony’s wines, with fresh and lengthy phenols, balanced acidity, and lots of aging potential.
