Eredità Beer “Humble” Oatmeal Stout
While composing the recipe for this beer we reflected on some of the classic oatmeal stouts we’ve experienced over the years. A quintessential beer that comes to mind for us (and likely many others) is the oatmeal stout that introduced many to the style: Samuel Smith’s Oatmeal Stout. Our goal was to deconstruct our favorite attributes of that beer while incorporating our own thumbprint and entity to our rendition. This beer is simple, unassuming, and modest, as the name suggests. Enjoy the subtleties and nuance of this mid-range ABV classic style.
