This wine is made of 100% Listán Negro. Coming from 100 year old vines grown on volcanic soil, this wine is fresh and fruit forward with faint notes of spiced fig. Enjoy it with a melt-in-your-mouth ribeye, grilled, with a creamy Roquefort bleu butter. Listán Negro comes from the Canary Islands, a group of volcanic islands under Spanish domain off the coast of Western Africa. As a result of their terroir, the wines are sharp, vibrant, and full of incredible flavor.
