This wine is made of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Merlot. Enjoy it with a meatier fish or lighter roasted meat: Grilled swordfish or pork tenderloin, both marinated in lemon juice, olive oil, coriander, paprika, and cumin. For some veggies, throw in a grilled eggplant and head straight to the patio for your meal. This rosé’s tart raspberry will go great with anything with Mediterranean twist. A touch of sauvage due to native yeast fermentation brings a punch of savoriness that will keep you wanting more and more… maybe get 2!
