Weingut Jager Gruner Veltliner Steinfeder, 2021
Steinfeder is satisfying through its liveliness, lightness and freshness. Compact on the palate a little spicey and well balanced.
The grapes were carefully selected and hand-picked at the beginning of October. As the sugar content is not yet very high, the wine made from these grapes is especially fruity, light and easy to drink.
Soil type: This wine is made out of grapes selected from various Grüner Veltliner vineyards and soil types.
Wine production: The grapes are pressed and then left to ferment in steel barrels.The wine is filtered and bottled at the beginning of December.
